Maisy cup grew from my desire to provide non-toxic, easier-to-use period products that didn’t cost the earth (and my wallet). Over the years I have felt that living with the constraints of traditional period products was no longer good enough - there had to be better options.
Though I knew of menstrual cups, for a long time I put off trying them for fear of the unknown. When I did take the plunge and tried a menstrual cup, I couldn’t get the hang of it. Resigning myself to using pads and tampons, I stumbled upon a new-to-the-market menstrual cup applicator! This was a game changer for me and it could be for you too! Since combining using the cup with the applicator, I haven’t looked back! So now with the creation of maisy cup, we’re here to remove the barriers to making the switch to sustainable period products.
