Shipping & Returns

We currently ship Australia wide.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Dispatch Time
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with Australia Post to deliver your order.

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Areas: 3-5 business days
Rural Areas: 4-11 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Rural and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

 

Shipping
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate or FREE for orders over $90
 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

 

Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (eg. postal delays, extreme weather conditions). If you do not receive your order within 12 business days, please contact our support team.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not liable for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If this occurs, please notify us so we can assist you.

Due to the intimate nature of our products we are unable to accept returns, if you have any concerns regarding your product please notify us.
